What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Titus Drivers Average $1600 Weekly / $88,400 AVG W2
- Home Daily with 5 days on/2 days off schedule (with the opportunity to work a 6th day). Nights and weekends included.
- Local Routes: Deliver groceries from distribution center to store locations in the Southeast.
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days. Life Insurance, AD&D, SLT Disability, 401K after 6 months, PTO day 1
- Modern Equipment: Operate newer model daycabs.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver groceries from the Aldi distribution center in Mt. Juliet to Aldi stores throughout the surrounding area.
- Verify product quantities at stores
- Perform live unloads, averaging 3-4 stops per load.
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL & DOT Med Card
- 24 months Recent and Verifiable Class A Driving Experience
- Refrigerated and Dry Van Experience preferred
- Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Service, and Job Stability
