Semi-Local CDL-A Driver
$3000 Sign on Bonus – Join Titus Transport in Bluffton, IN for a consistent, rewarding local route. We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A driver to haul pre-loaded dry van grocery freight. Enjoy safe equipment, local routes, and a $3,000 bonus paid out fully within your first 3 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a company truck to safely and efficiently deliver pre-loaded dryvan grocery freight on assigned local routes.
- Driver checks off pallets at stores to ensure accurate product quantities.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your truck is properly maintained.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at stores.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL & DOT Medical Card
- Refrigerated and Dry Van Experience highly preferred
- Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Service, and Job Stability
What We Offer:
- $3000 Sign-On Bonus Paid within the first 90 days
- Drivers will have 1-2 Layovers Weekly,
- 4 Day Drivers Earning $1500 Average Weekly Gross
- 5 Day Drivers Earning $1850 Average Weekly Gross
- 6Day Drivers Earning $2500 Average Weekly Gross

- 5-day work week with 2 days off consecutively. 6th day of work also available.
