Local CDL-A Driver
Are you a driven and motivated individual looking for a rewarding career in the trucking industry? Titus Transport is seeking qualified local CDL-A drivers to join our team in Bluffton, IN! In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for transporting pre-loaded dryvan grocery freight from our Peytons DC to Kroger stores on local routes, ensuring on-time and safe deliveries.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a company truck to safely and efficiently deliver pre-loaded dryvan grocery freight on assigned local routes.
- Driver checks off pallets at stores to ensure accurate product quantities.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your truck is properly maintained.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at stores.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL & DOT Med Card
- 24 months Recent and Verifiable Class A Driving Experience
- Refrigerated and Dry Van Experience preferred
- Acceptable MVR/PSP/Clearinghouse/Background
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety, Service, and Job Stability
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: Average weekly pay of $1700 and average annual W-2 of $88,000-$92,000.
- Home daily schedule.
- 4-day work week with 2 days off consecutively and 1 floating day.
